Bamboo Cabinets Tips, Part 2
by Steve B on July 1st, 2013

Happy July Everybody,

In this months posts, I'm picking up where I left off (a few months ago) on the topic of Bamboo wood.  This amazing product has and is undergoing some remarkable changes and making its way into the American market due to it's "green" status, durability and ability to be finished in contemporary and traditional stains to match other woods.
Hope you enjoy.

In the photo above and left, I'm showing what we can do to customize cabinetry...and in this case...a drawer, to go around an under-counter drain pipe.
(We showed a little of this last year in September 18th, 2012 videoblog using a traditional curved design and glaze.)  Click here for link.
Just one of many customized features that we can do for you.

Another recently completed project featuring custom finishes, door panels and counter tops that makes this kitchen pop !

Have something in mind for your own home or office!  Drop me a line and let's make it happen.

Did You Know?

A Bit of Cabinet History

Before the advent of industrial design, cabinet makers were responsible for the conception and the production of any piece of furniture. In the last half of the 18th century, cabinet makers such as Thomas Sheraton, Thomas Chippendale, Shaver and Wormley Bros. Cabinet Constructors, and George Hepplewhite also published books of furniture forms. These books were compendiums of their designs and those of other cabinet makers.
