Quarter Panel Cabinet Door Fabrication Tips
by Steve B on February 14th, 2013

Hello Everybody,

In this months post I want to talk a little about our why our Quarter Panel Door Fabrication is not created equal.  Without giving away too many secrets, I typically insert a 1/2 door panel instead of the standard 1/4".  It looks the same from the front of the door (exposed), but the extra depth is noticed from the rear of the door.

I do this to give the door rigidity and long life.  This is not going to warp like other doors. (Which happen more than you think).

It's already February and the Winter looks like it might give way to an early Spring....Where did it go.

Drop me a line at the numbers / email below and let's talk about your project idea.  Bring me a sketch of your idea, or a clipping from a magazine.  I can match almost anything.
